Food (phytochemicals) indeed plays a dramatic role in how our body performs and how we feel overall emotionally and physically. Receiving fresh pressed juices while going through chemo, as well as speaking to our nutritionist, you'll find simple ways to achieve greater success in your journey. "Eat The Rainbow" is something we live by!
Our complimentary programs from chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, infrared and more focus on the entire physical being as a whole, not just where your diagnosis is. We compliment western medicine by addressing the other parts of your body and complex systems to bring back balance and rejuvenation.
The thoughts you play on repeat, how you feel about yourself, and what you choose to believe has an impact on your emotions, stress level, sleep quality and overall quality of life. We make sure to address your concerns and teach you ways of how to manage anxiety.
Through exercise we can gain clarity, balance hormones, and receive a new sense of self awareness. Whether is be walking, yoga, or playing with your dog or kids- simple body movement is a great place to start to begin reaping benefits.
Everyone in A4C, from our volunteers to our partners, is rooting for you! I promise we will be your number one fans cheering you on each day, and each person you meet through our many programs will have you feeling lighter and more serene. We are compassionate and remain hopeful in your journey, so think of us as your extended family. We also offer social hangouts after our yoga classes so you can meet others going through similar situations as you.
Our programs bring relief, hope and puts the power and control back into your playing field. Through our programs you'll develop a new awareness of self and have a sound mind, which in turn promotes better quality of sleep and a greater outlook on life.
I’m so thankful for everything A4C has done for me. Grateful for Misti and everyone who donates their time, talents and money to help myself and others with cancer heal. I 100% know they have helped me so much in my healing

Stage 4 Lung, Was told she wouldn’t make it a year… it’s been 19 months and still counting with continual progress. No signs of active cancer in her recent scans.
Our team of volunteers are creating some events and bringing some ideas together so that we can serve our tiny vulnerable ones, and empower them and show them how strong they truly are. If your child is under the age of five, get in touch with us and we’ll be sure to keep you on the A list!
